REVIEW: Blossoms at Lavender Valley is book four of the Sisters of the Heart series. I fell in love with the free download Greetings from Lavender Valley and knew that I was going to be reading all of the books. If you haven’t read that one yet, hurry and get your free copy. You’ll be glad you did.
Jewel along with her husband are the owners of Lavender Valley Farm. They were not able to have children of their own and they became foster parents to many children over the years. Jewel became especially attached to five of the girls and called them her daughters. She kept with all of them over the years. They are all invited back to the farm for a year to help run it.
This story is about Micki. The farm is where her love of flowers was born. You’ll find each woman found a certain something about themselves while living under Jewel’s roof years ago. I have enjoyed seeing them work out their problems and reading of their memories of that time period. It was nice to see what an influence it had on each of these women’s lives.
I devour these books the moment they hit my inbox. Life got in the way and took over and I was not able to post yesterday as I normally do. If you love wholesome and heartwarming stories then this series is a must. In fact, it hit number one during the night for new releases!
I just know you’re gonna love this book and series. Until next time…Happy Reading!

SYNOPSIS: Six Women. Four Decades. One long, unexpected reunion.
Micki Armstrong lost her husband years ago when her children were very young, but with her love of computers and hard work, she built a wonderful home and life for them in Seattle. Now her son and daughter are in college and she’s adjusting to her empty nest, living for their visits during their breaks. But Micki has kept a secret for years and when her daughter discovers it, the bond she thought was unbreakable threatens to shatter, and Micki is left questioning her life’s choices.
She needs a change of scenery to think, so she agrees to return to Oregon and Lavender Valley Farm, where her love of flowers was born. She hesitates to share her burden with the others, but wonders if Jewel was right and just maybe, she’ll find solace and guidance in confiding in her sisters of the heart.
Will Micki find a way to rebuild her relationship with her daughter and the respite she craves?
